Dover rental community seeking FT experienced maintenance technician. We're looking for a team player who is energetic, honest, and takes pride in their work. HVAC certified is preferred.

General knowledge required to troubleshoot all maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC. Will also assist with apartment turnovers, service slips, snow removal and other tasks and duties as assigned by management. There are rotating on-call duties with this position.

Requirements include a valid drivers license, own reliable transportation, tools, and clean criminal background check. Applicants should live within 30 minutes of Dover area.
